Forget being scared just to go near a volcano mountain, people are now surfing volcanoes! But not live volcanoes, of course (in case you were wondering).

It’s simple enough – just get your helmet, elbow and knee pads, sit down on a piece of plywood and slide down the what-seems-to-be-forever long slope. Okay, maybe not THAT simple, but it sure is one-of-a-kind experience.

The most famous slopes people are SLOPING down right now are the Cerro Negro in Nicaragua and Mt. Yasur in Vanuatu.

This is definitely not for the faint of heart. But are you willing to be a volcano daredevil?
