So here’s a new study from Nature’s Magazine suggests that caffeine is actually good for you. Most aging diseases are due to inflammation and caffeine fights inflammation.

Talk about fighting diseases in your body over time, yep, caffeine is your body’s Superman.

There’s a few studies still going on about this but hey, in the meantime, drink up. You might as well live longer. *wink wink*
